Erin Schmidt was born and raised in Amarillo and has been a nurse since 2004. She began teaching CPR in 2009 and started CPR Express in 2022. Erin has a passion for teaching and loves to see her students' eyes light up as they begin to see the course material in a fresh new way. Her goal isn't that you remember everything you hear in class -
she simply wants you to walk out of class feeling confident that you could help someone for a few minutes in an emergency situation.
Erin has a passion for health, wellness, fitness, and self-development and is currently training for her fourth marathon. She lives in Amarillo with her husband, two teenaged kids, and her Goldendoodle, Cooper.
